 YESS meets at the Southcoast Wellness Center, 250 Faunce Corner Road, North Dartmouth, MA.
YESS is open to children with diabetes ages 7-12, and consists of an hour of sports and games followed by an hour of social support and diabetes education. Snacks and drinks are provided. Parents are encouraged to stay and join other parents for an informal support group of their own. Parent support is an excellent way to share concerns and learn from other parents how they handle the challenges of raising a child with diabetes. Activities include: Basketball, Wally ball, Swimming and more!
