Community educational programs are provided for people living with diabetes and their families.

Groups of seniors meet at different places in the Greater New Bedford and Fall River area, such as Churches, Senior Centers, Adult Day Care, etc… It's an hour of support and education, provided by community health professionals and peers. This gathering is FREE of charge to the public.
